We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your SPARK PAWS gear. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are clean, free of pet hair, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
